We have set up the R&D lab to include full machining capabilities, precision welding, and component assembly. Here we can design, create and assemble prototypes and pre-production units for testing. Bringing these capabilities in house gives us greater control over design, and a quicker turnaround of prototypes.
Our climate-controlled engine emissions test cell consists of an engine dynamometer, emissions test equipment, data logging systems, and a fully functional control room to operate testing from. We have acquired our first test engines, rebuilt them, and broke them in on our engine dynamometer. They are ready to be upfitted with our newly prototyped systems.
First starts after a rebuild are always exciting. Job well done Joe!
